This next group of photos should make some people very happy (those who are constantly asking about sharks) and will probably scare the hell out of everyone else. All I know is that on November 10th a Tiger Shark was snacking on a turtle off Hawaii Kai (where lots of us swim, paddle and surf) and he or she was very focused on eating.
Just a reminder: sharks eat seafood. We are not seafood. But yes, I would go way around this scene if I were in the water.

I'm going to stick with pools from now on.

Was shaken up by those pix. Had to go shopping at Foodland later and on the fish isle I found some shark steaks. Cooked them up for dinner and I feel better now. WE are top of the food chain!!!

It was Father's Day this past summer and I was surfing china walls early in the morning. Biggest day of the year, I think. A big Tiger shark was cruising outside the surf zone and I'm sure it was looking for turtles (not surfers). Lots of them out there but they don't seem to bother the surfers.

What about the guy at "Crouching Lions"?????
