Penny Palfrey's Epic Swim

At approximately 10:07pm Sunday night, marathon swimmer Penny Palfrey set a new world record by swimming nonstop in the open ocean for 67.25 miles from Little Cayman to Grand Cayman in 40 hours and 41 minutes.

Penny is in the Hospital, we saw her this morning - nothing wrong but complete exhaustion. She'll be ok. There are many stories to come.  I was there and got a front row seat to it all and I will give the full account with all sorts of behind the scenes stories in the weeks to come. Photos too.
Here are a few stories and photos

I am curious to find out what blog system you have been working with?
I'm experiencing some small security issues with my latest blog and I'd like
to find something more secure. Do you have any suggestions?
